Gerrit is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader. Gerrit was Managing Director of MCI in Germany and is now MCI Germany’s Strategic Advisor. He is also current Vice-Chair of Finance on the MPI International Board of Directors. He is based in Berlin and leads the development of Event Design Collective in Germany.

Alissa has over 20 years of experience in corporate events and marketing – working with hundreds of clients in many industries – from tech start-ups to financial powerhouses, non-profit organisations and global brands across North America and Europe.
A tech-savvy, digital and event strategy dynamo, Alissa’s past experience includes senior management roles at Maritz and Lenos Software, where she was recognized for developing innovative client solutions while maintaining a dedicated focus on achieving strategic business objectives. As Vice President, Marketing at FMAV, Alissa’s mandate includes marketing, MediaLab, and leading a team of solution specialists.
